Ontario Cup First Round Set To Kick-Off This Weekend

VAUGHAN, June 4, 2013 -- The Ontario Cup Preliminary Round wrapped up last weekend with three tournaments held in the Under 14 Boys Division.  The three teams moving on to Round Robin Tournaments are listed below:

This weekend the Ontario Cup is in full swing with the Men’s Division First Round scheduled for Sunday, June 9.  There will be 38 Men’s teams in action competing to advance to the Second Round, where the Ontario Soccer League Provincial Level teams await on their First Round bye.

The Under 18 Boys Division will also get started this weekend.  Five games are to be played in the Second Round on Saturday, June 8 and are as follows:

Also starting up this weekend are the Ontario Cup Round Robin Tournaments.  Teams in the Under 15 Boys Tier 1 and Under 15 Girls Divisions will compete in 14 tournaments from Windsor to Ottawa in hopes of moving on to the Quarter-Finals.
